Policies
- If the reservation is canceled 8 or more days before check-in we will provide you with 50% of the agreed price in credits that can be used for future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation.
- Any cancellation of reservation 7 days before arrival will have a penalty of the total charge of the stay plus taxes.
- Adults must supervise their minor children at all times in all areas of the lodging.
- For safety reasons, we recommend that children under 12 years of age or people who do not know how to swim do enter the pool only with supervision.
- It is strictly prohibited to trespass the boundaries of the property.
- It is not allowed to extract plants or animals from any area of the lodging.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. There will be a penalty of 150 usd. for smoking in the rooms. If you wish to smoke outside, please ask the staff for ashtrays.
- Check in: 3:00 p.m.
Check out: 11:00 a.m. - Taxes in the rate include a 10% service charge and a 18% general sales tax (according to Law 29985).
(Taxes are included in the reservation confirmation) - The Peruvian General Sales Tax 18% (IGV) will be exempt according to these condition: Tourists who stay less than 60 days in the country are exempt of the general sales tax. The guest has to show their TAM card (Andean Migration Card) and the stamp on the guest’s passport showing the date of arrival at the time of check-in in order to be exonerated.
- The amount indicated in the confirmation will be in US dollars, according to the reference value published on the OANDA.com website, which is used to convert the different currencies throughout the world according to the agreement between the OANDA website and TravelClick.
- Please note that charges will be made in the local currency strictly according to the exchange rate used by the hotel.
